The Toys for Kids Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1997 as a non-profit organization to benefit the children of Bay County. The organization grew from a group of individuals to one of the premier charities in Bay County.

TFK is a volunteer organization, with no paid staff, no operating
expenses, no building or offices. The Board of Directors of the organization provide leadership to the members who participate in events during the course of the year.

The major event for TFK is the annual Christmas Bash, an invitation-only event held in December at the Bay Point Marriott. Patrons to the Christmas Bash are asked to provide a new, unwrapped toy, which is disbursed to various organizations during the holiday season.
